Nqobile Ndlovu

Lawyer

Nqobile is the Managing Partner of Titan Law, and leads the Banking, Finance and Investments Practice Group, given her expertise in banking, insurance, the capital markets and financial technology. Her practice also includes Corporate Governance, Company Law, Commercial Transactions, Regulatory Compliance, as well as Anti-Money Laundering. She is a registered Legal Practitioner, Conveyancer and Notary Public with the High Court of Zimbabwe, who holds an LLB Degree from the University of Cape Town (2006), and an MBA with the University of Gloucestershire (2020).

Prior to joining Titan Law, Nqobile held the roles of General Counsel and Board Secretary for international banking, insurance, and securities exchanges institutions. She also worked as Group Legal Counsel and Board Secretary in print media and Legal Counsel to the former Speaker of Parliament, Lovemore Moyo. Nqobile contributed to legal reform of the financial services sector under the World Bank’s Ease of Doing Business Agenda through her various roles in the Legal Committee of the Bankers Association of Zimbabwe in the period between 2014 to 2019

Mentor

Nqobile runs an Online Mentorship Programme called “Nqo’s Protégés, which she founded in 2020. As an ardent Life Skills Trainer, she designed the Online Mentorship Programme for young people aged 25 to 35, focussing on professional and personal development. The Online Mentorship Programme runs for 3 months, with Modules on the 10 year Life Plan, the Job Market, Networking, Time Management, and so on. Since 2020, Nqobile has mentored 44 young men and women.
